Standard Delivery - Order by Wednesday 17th December

Christmas Market: If you miss the last shipping date and are based in NI or ROI you can always visit our pop up at the Belfast Christmas Market until the 22nd December.

Extended Returns
Orders placed between 15/11/25–22/12/25 can be returned until 5th January 2026 if it exceeds our standard 30 day returns period.

Please note that any gifts purchased at our Christmas Markets are also subject to the same extended returns date (5th January 2026), however these will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

*Due to Bank Holidays, company and courier closure dates, orders placed after 12 noon on 23rd December will start to be dispatched from Monday 29th December. All expected delivery time frames will resume from Monday 5th January.

Will I have to pay customs for orders to Ireland / EU?
For customers in the EU, there are no additional customs or duty fees as we ship directly from Northern Ireland. Your package will arrive without any unexpected charges!

Customs for International Orders
For customers outside the UK and EU, any customs or duty fees will depend on your local regulations. We advise you to check with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging
Our custom Ocean Native mailer boxes are designed to fit through most standard letterboxes mainf delivery hassle-free. Your order will arrive safely, with minimal impact on the planet.

*Please note: Every 2 items will be packaged in a single Ocean Native pouch. If you require more pouches, simply add these to your basket here.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind you can return your items from Ocean Native for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@oceannativeco.com for assistance with returns or exchanges.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery service is provided at the time of dispatch. Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
