Because our jewellery is waterproof and tarnish free it is very low-maintenance. For the best shine, occasionally wipe with a soft cloth. No need for special cleaners or routines.

Very strong body lotions, creams or perfume, as well as general wear and tear, may effect the plating of our pieces and impact the overall lifespan of your jewellery. Particularly the bases of rings which get a lot of wear and tear - however they will never go green!

Suncream & SPF

Heading somewhere sunny? Perfect, that's exactly what our jewellery is made for. Just know that the chemicals and oils in suncream can build up on your pieces and, over time, affect the colouring of natural stones. The fix is easy: apply your SPF first and let it fully dry before putting your jewellery on, then give your pieces a quick rinse with fresh water and a wipe with a soft cloth at the end of a beach day. Your jewellery is still 100% waterproof. It's the suncream, not the swimming!

Please remember, although waterproof and tarnish free, this does not mean our jewellery is indestructible. Any activity that involves scratching, pulling or excessive force can still cause wear over time and weaken the plating.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend treating them with care—store them separately, avoid harsh chemicals, and enjoy them for years to come!

Natural Stones & Pearl Stones: Freshwater pearl and Turquoise stones found on our Ocean Muse Ring, and the dyed natural stones featured in pieces like our Coastline Natural Stone Necklace, are more delicate than the base metal and will wear slightly over time if exposed to harsh chemicals like perfumes and suncream. We recommend taking a little more care with these styles. Remove them when washing hands or applying SPF and lotions, and pop them back on once everything's dried, to keep the colour and shine on your pieces.
